Oldfield is a British fashion who is known for his couture occasion wear and bridal wear designs. He has dressed British and European aristocracies and Hollywood actress. He has designed for Princess Diana, Diana Ross and Rhianna. Additionally he also redesigned McDonald’s Staff uniform for 2008


  • Born 14 July 1950, was brought up and educated in the care of children’s charity, Barnardo’s (which he is vice president of). His foster mother was an influence in his fashion career
  • He graduated from St. Martin’s School of Art in London in 1973, later on that year he showcased his first collection in London
  • In 1975 the Bruce Oldfield label was born with the launch of ready-to-wear collections
  • In 1978 he began making couture clothes for individual clients
  • In 1984 he opened his first shop selling ready-to-wear and couture
